Airborne parts delivery service based in Dubai
New Regional Support Office (RSO) in Dubai and PartsExpress service expanded into the Middle East parts of Asia and Africa.

Expansion in China and Latin America
New RSO and parts depot in Hong Kong and STAECO, in Jinan, is a new Line Maintenance Facility (LMF). Service capabilities also boosted in Latin America with Mexico's Aerovitro SA appointed an Authorized Service Facility for Challenger 300 and Challenger 604/605 aircraft as well as Aviacion Atlantico Sur SA in Argentina as a LMF for Challenger 604/605 aircraft.
