The Avionics Course furnishes the experienced aircraft technician with information pertaining to operation of the communication, navigation (short- and long- range), and the automatic flight control (flight guidance) system. It provides sufficient working knowledge of these systems to allow the technician to participate in troubleshooting at the line maintenance level.
This ATA Level 4 course meets European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) Part 147 (B2) and Civilian Aviation Safety Authority (CASA) requirements. An additional 2 days is added (October 17 & 18, 2011) to the course to meet EASA B2 requirements and allow time to cover the required ATA's for this certification. The course also exceeds Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) guidelines for IA Renewal, Maintenance Awards Program, repair station, and FAR 135 certificates for the Learjet 60XR aircraft.
EASA training will be conducted in Mumbai on October 17 - 18, 2011.
