Bombardier has established CAE, a leader in advanced aviation training for 20 years, as its Authorized Training Provider (ATP) for Bombardier Business Aircraft. Recently, CAE was announced as Bombardier’s ATP for training on all CRJ series aircraft. ATP training is delivered at CAE facilities around the world.
Since 1987, FlightSafety International has provided safety-centered training to flight crews and technicians of Bombardier Q Series aircraft. Operators of Q400 aircraft can train on FlightSafety’s full flight simulators in Toronto, Seattle, London Farnborough and Tokyo. FlightSafety International is Bombardier’s exclusive training provider for the Q Series aircraft.
In February 2013, Bombardier authorized FlightPath International Limited (FPI) to provide technical training for the CRJ200/700/900/1000 aircraft and Challenger 850/870/890 aircraft. FPI is Bombardier’s Authorized Technical Training Provider for CRJ Series aircraft and Challenger 800 Series aircraft.
Lufthansa Technical Training
Lufthansa Technical Training (LTT) was appointed by Bombardier as the exclusive and worldwide Authorized Training Provider for CSeries maintenance training. The company is headquartered in Hamburg, Germany and operates several training centers in Germany and abroad.
With over 50 years of experience and being certified not only by EASA but also by numerous other international aviation authorities Lufthansa Technical Training is one of the world’s most recognized maintenance training organizations.
Flight Training Alliance
Flight Training Alliance is a new partnership between Lufthansa Aviation Training and CAE to provide best-in-class training solutions for the new Bombardier C Series aircraft, leveraging on the strengths and the core expertise of the two industry leaders. FTA pilot, cabin crew and dispatcher training in support of all entitlement training granted to operators by Bombardier and will also offer a complete range of post-entitlement training services on a global basis, offering every operator of Bombardier C Series the complete required training for a smooth, safe, and economical entry into the service of their fleet.
